As Technical-Services Manager, Terry is responsible for the prompt and efficient delivery of high-quality computer-network services and support to clients of Bryley Systems.
Terry is a seasoned manager and an accomplished leader of large, cross-disciplinary teams. He previously managed both the administrative and operational departments in the Northeast office of DMX. His operational team was responsible for service delivery, dispatch, and project management throughout New England and along the east coast.
